S.W.O.T Analysis

SWOT Analysis, is the over all evaluation of the companies, Strenghts,(S)  Weakeness, (W)  opportunities,(O)  threats (T).                                                                                                                          The  Strenght’s  of my event are that is held in a community church where community feels safe and secure with their children and they know that the charity event donations are mostly likely to go to the correct charity and is therefore a creditable source, and people are mostly likely to attended the event.. Some of the weaknesses of the charity event, however  will  mostly likely to come from people that are not willing to participated and or donate time or materials needed for the charity event, a limited range of material could existed, that's why I estimate a year to accomplish this mission. after all its a lot of work; but "great things take time". But another major advantage is that  parents and  returning students will be able to release some tension before going back to school. Parents will have another last opportunity to bond with their children before they go back to school and they will cherish those moments. as they see their children have fun.."Children may also have a strong influence on family buying decisions. The nation’s 36 million kids age 8 to 12 wield an estimated $30 billion in disposable income. They also influence an additional $150 billion that their families spend on them in areas such as food, clothing, entertainment, and personal care items. One recent study found that kids significantly influence family decisions about everything from where they take vacations to what cars and cell phones they buy" An Introduction: marketing 10 edition, page 19, chapter 5, another opportunity is a new product development. If any threats they will mostly likely come from people participant that are not following rules or that are not trust worthy  and we could end-up short of product sales and competitor could decrease same product designs to have an advantage in the market, all tho the project is to raise some awareness the goal is to get many people to come as possible, the whole idea is no sell lots of the products, but to actually have the parents become aware of the needs for the product ,  " Marketing is managing profitable customer relationships.
